REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Please be mindful when choosing items as refunds are not given for a change of mind.

Most of the Helen May Artist products are thoughtfully packaged by myself and dispatched from the small country town of Monto, in central Queensland.

If for some reason, your order does not match the image or description provided – please email me with photo evidence as soon as possible and I will happily resolve the issue.

 

Colours

In terms of reproductions, the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your computer monitor. As each monitor displays colour slightly differently, I cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

 

Framing

Limited edition prints do not come framed or stretched as shown in the product display images. Framing in these photographs are for display only purposes.

 

Commissions

An industry standard add-on of 30% applies to all commission work.

 

Damages 

Refunds for damaged items will not be given as every effort has been placed into the correct packaging of products leaving the studio.

SHIPPING POLICY

Postage

Free Shipping on all orders within Australia.

For International orders - please reach out via my Contact page for a quote on international shipping. Please note delivery to international countries may require additional courier, custom fees and direct contact to arrange safe shipping of larger product items.

Because I live rural, I am only able to post once a week. Express (same day or next day) deliveries are not available. Due to current delays, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for Shipping.

REPRODUCTIONS ARE PRINT ON DEMAND. If you need your order shipped by a particular date, then please contact me and I will try my absolute best to accommodate your request.

The fine art reproductions on both paper and rolled canvases will be posted in rigid mailing tubes.

Small items will be sent with Australia Post.

Large artwork shall be sent with a courier. 

Original artworks or stretched canvas frames will be carefully packaged and shipped accordingly. All pieces will be packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the providing the correct address and contact details with each order. If incorrect details are provided, deliveries will be delayed and a shipping fee may be charged.

 

Delivery

Local delivery - Please contact me for delivery of larger items or original artwork.

If time constraints is not an issue, we may be able to arrange for delivery along one of my regular travel routes. I love delivering my artwork in person and meeting my customers. Who knows, your delivery might just coincide with my travel? Throughout the year I am often travelling from Monto to:

  • Rockhampton
  • Bundaberg
  • Gladstone
  • Toowoomba
  • Sunshine Coast
  • Brisbane

If you live along one of these travel routes, have relatives or friends on one of these travel routes, or provide a mutually agreeable delivery point; then I am more than happy to deliver my product free of charge to that point with the knowledge of guaranteed safe delivery!

 

 Collection

Local pick-up and collection of stretched, framed and original artworks from Monto is always a possibility. Please make contact for more details and arrangements.

Collections and deliveries are subject to my availability as an artist.
